He specializes in corporate law and tax law, with considerable experience in M&As, private equity operations, capital market, in addition to joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, foreign investments, structured operations and commercial transactions. He specializes in dealing with corporate governance, investigation and legislation to promote integrity, and is certified by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). He is a member of the Real Estate Law Committee of the OAB/RJ, a member of Infrastructure and Economic Development Committee of the OAB/RJ. He is frequently invited to speak at a variety of events, was the president of the Young Britcham (British Chamber for youngsters), Director of Community Actions in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro, a Member of the Legal, Tax and Regulatory Law Committee of the British Chamber (Britcham), and a teacher at the specialization courses in Tax Law promoted by Instituto de Energia e Ambiente (IEE), and postgraduate courses offered at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-RJ), extension courses and postgraduate courses offered at Universidade Candido Mendes (UCAM), and postgraduate courses offered at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).
