Our partner Gilberto Fraga, Vice President of the Special Committee for Tax Issues of the OAB/RJ (CEAT), will speak at the event “II Controversial Issues at CARF: Examining the Jurisprudence”, organized by CEAT and FIRJAN, with the support of Unafisco and JOTA. The event will be held in Rio de Janeiro, on the 26th and 27th of April, in the auditorium at FIRJAN, and will be attended by important figures in tax law, such as Director and former Directors of CARF, Counsel for the Federal Treasury, and practicing lawyers.
Gilberto’s speech will happen in the 2nd Panel on the 27th, on the topic of Tax Liability – art. 124 of the CTN.
