Through Resolution CD/ANPD No. 14/2024, the ANPD has introduced its Process Governance Methodology to support, guide, and standardize internal Process Modelling initiatives.

As set out in the ANPD’s Process Governance Policy, the Methodology is a strategic tool designed to improve processes and meet the institution’s strategic planning, in line with the federal government’s public governance guidelines.

Among the new features is the definition of the competencies and responsibilities of the various ANPD bodies, including the Board of Directors, the Governance, Risks and Controls Committee, and the Process Office. In addition, the document explored fundamental concepts of process management, covering the BPMN cycle, categories, architecture, and process hierarchy, from the value chain to individual tasks.
