Additional professional training: American and International Law Program of the Southwestern Legal Foundation, Dallas, Texas, USA; advanced accounting, audit and income tax training at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

Previous work experience: PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Rio de Janeiro (Tax Department). Government experience: Member of the Administrative Appeal Tax Court of the Ministry of Finance in Brasilia (1999-2008).
Academic Experience: Professor and Coordinator of specialized courses in tax law promoted between 1994 and 2000 under the coordination of the Candido Mendes College Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies (IEE), Brazilian Association of Financial Law (ABDF) and School of Magistrates of the State of Rio January (EMERJ). Speaker in Symposia on Tax Law promoted by the School of Federal Magistrates of the 2nd Region, Commercial Association of Rio de Janeiro, Federation of Industries of Rio de Janeiro, Construction Industry Association of Rio de Janeiro. Former lecturer of Oil & Gas Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV)/RJ MBA.
